Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls. You will lead budgeting processes, perform financial analysis, and ensure GAAP compliance while safeguarding assets.

The role requires strong people management and communication in English and Filipino, with onsite work in Libis, Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accountancy, at least 5 years of experience, and preferably a CPA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Management: develop, consolidate, report and implement the Annual Plan/Budget.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: gather, process and consolidate financial information for presentation.
• Control: implement corporate policies and GAAP compliance to protect assets.
• Cash: manage cash, investments and banking relationships; handle currency risks.
• General Ledger: ensure accuracy of financial results across systems.
• Operational Audit: conduct compliance tests and review processes.
• Quality Improvement: identify process improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
• People Management: recruit, train and retain staff; drive objectives.
• Others: support Finance Director and related departments.
