Job summary

GDV Tambikes Motorcycle Parts and Accessories Shop is seeking a competent technical support agent to handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues for a premium electronics account. You will engage with customers, diagnose problems, and provide clear resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

Eligible applicants have at least 12 months BPO experience, TSR/Technical Support background, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2nd Year College level or higher.
• At least 12 months BPO experience.
• TSR / Technical Support experience required.
