Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
• 1 year BPO work experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot products or services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure first-call resolution where possible.
