STACKph in the Philippines is hiring Technical Support Representatives (TSR) for our Technical Account at the Pampanga site. This onsite role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art office and to start your contract on the spot.

Join a dynamic call center team and help international customers troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering solid CSAT and FCR. Interviews are onsite and shifts may include nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of solid Call Center Experience (CCE) or more.
• Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
• B2 CEFR English Proficiency with clear pronunciation.
• Onsite interview and full onsite shifts including nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist international customers with hardware, software, or network troubleshooting, device setups, and account configurations.
• Translate complex technical procedures into simple, easy-to-follow steps for customers.
• Maintain quality scores, first-call resolution (FCR) rates, and CSAT scores.
