Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Learning Alliance Manager to drive partnerships and EdTech solution sales within the Higher Education sector in Manila. You will engage with universities and private providers, position LMS, CMS, SIS, and digital learning platforms, and develop joint business cases.

You will lead onboarding of education partners, craft annual plans, and align solutions with institutional goals, focusing on student engagement, digital transformation, and workforce readiness

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or partnership management.
Proven experience selling LMS/CMS/SIS to higher education institutions.
Strong network within universities, polytechnics, vocational institutions, or private education providers.
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with higher education institutions.
Drive sales and adoption of EdTech solutions including LMS, CMS, SIS and digital learning platforms.
Lead onboarding and activation of new education partners and ensure smooth implementation.
Develop annual business plans with partners and track performance against KPIs.
