Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS seeks an experienced Learning Alliance Manager (Higher Education) to drive partnerships and solution sales with universities and private providers. You will lead onboarding, develop annual plans, and build executive relationships with academic leaders and IT teams.

You will co-create demand generation programs, enable partner teams, and monitor enrollment metrics to ensure targets are achieved. The role emphasizes digital learning ecosystems and lifelong learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in EdTech sales, BD, or partnerships.
• Experience selling LMS, CMS, SIS to higher education.
• Strong network with universities, polytechnics, private providers.
• Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with senior decision makers.
• Excellent consultative selling, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage strategic relationships with universities, polytechnics, and private providers.
• Drive adoption and sales of LMS, CMS, SIS, and digital learning platforms.
• Consult with institutional stakeholders on digital transformation and learning needs.
• Present tailored solutions with compelling business cases showing measurable outcomes.
