You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates across industries, manage end-to-end processes, and build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers across time zones. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, staffing, or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for international clients or remote positions is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work hours overlapping with international business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local and international clients across industries.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with concise summaries and fit assessments.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and maintain regular candidate updates.
• Support offer management, background checks, and onboarding when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM and monitor recruiting metrics.
