Job summary

Pioneer Hollard Inc. Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on high-volume hiring for TSRs and other support roles.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs and agencies, conduct interviews and assessments, build a strong talent pipeline, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Training, Sales and Hiring Managers to meet targets and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business or related field.
• At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• BPO/telephony/volume-hiring experience preferred.
• Proven ability to run large-scale recruitment campaigns and hit targets.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle volume hiring for TSRs and other support roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, agencies, and partnerships.
• Conduct interviews, phone screenings, and recruitment assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Training, Sales, and Hiring Managers.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment SLAs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify improvements in hiring efficiency.
