Job summary

Development Strategists Int'l Consulting Inc. seeks a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for fast-paced client staffing, from job posting through onboarding, ensuring timely placements against tight deployment deadlines.

You will source via job boards and social networks, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate logs. On-site work in Cubao, Quezon City is required, with ASAP availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in staffing/manpower agency or high-volume recruitment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Experience with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn or social recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring cycle—from posting to onboarding coordination.
• Utilize multi-channel sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• High-volume candidate pools to meet weekly staffing needs.
• Maintain an accurate applicant tracking log and submit EOD reports.
• Adapt recruitment strategies for fast turnaround and volume changes.
