Job summary

Globalynx Call Center Management Services is seeking a motivated sales professional for outbound calls to prospective customers. You will identify needs, present suitable products, and generate opportunities through cold calls and follow-ups.

Excellent English communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to close deals are essential. Ability to work onsite with a team and meet sales targets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing, or BPO sales experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-approved leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and qualify leads to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maintain CRM logs.
