Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
• Willing to work on-site and/or flexible schedules, depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through calls, messages, or other communication channels.
• Present and explain products or services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the supervisor or manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and requests.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
