Responsabilidades

• Oversees resources (manpower, setup, tools) to meet process needs.
• Escalate issues to immediate superior promptly.
• Provides inputs and troubleshoots minor abnormalities on the line.
• Controls process flow to ensure smooth product delivery and QA.
• Guides team to ensure compliance with job specs and SOPs.
• Conducts regular area audits for SOP compliance.
• Provides performance analysis on production fall-outs.
• Leads projects driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Participates in 5S activities and safety compliance.
• Maintains a safe working environment and updates procedures.
• Coordinates daily workflows and assigns tasks by capacity.
• Monitors KPIs and initiates corrective actions.
• Maintains SOP compliance and updates work instructions.
• Facilitates cross-team handoffs and removes blockers.
• Coaches team on quality and productivity standards.
• Escalates risks with mitigation recommendations.
