The Team Lead will coach members, delegate tasks by capacity, escalate risks with actionable context, and drive continuous improvement to reduce rework while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily team operations.
• Proven ability to meet service targets and KPIs.
• Strong coaching and feedback delivery skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions.
• Experience with SOPs and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team execution and align workload, quality, and timelines with targets.
• Coach team members, assign tasks by capacity, and escalate risks with actionable context.
• Monitor KPIs, facilitate cross-team handoffs, and remove blockers to ensure delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive cost savings, and maintain safety and quality standards.
