Job summary

Asurion in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Team Lead for Manufacturing Operations to oversee a shift, monitor KPIs, and support the Production Supervisor in meeting Asurion standards and compliance.

The role involves coordinating resources, scheduling attendance, escalating issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring quality and orderly production flow on the assigned line.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course or technical diploma, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, semiconductor or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resources (manpower, job set up, jigs and fixtures) to meet the needs of each process/area.
• Schedules and monitors attendance of the assigned team.
• Escalate issues to immediate superior in a timely manner.
• Provides inputs, report and troubleshoot minor abnormalities on the assigned line/area.
• Handles and controls process flow to ensure smooth delivery of products and complies to quality standards and procedures.
• Guides team members to ensure compliance of related to job specification and procedures.
• Regular area audits to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures of team members.
• Provides regular performance & analysis report on fall-outs.
• Leads projects which drives continuous improvement, cost savings and delivery.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of work area.

Education

Diploma or technical course (3 years)

2-3 years of manufacturing/semiconductor/electronics experience
