Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/automotive tech is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in assembly/manufacturing.
• Driver's license required.
• Solid understanding of automotive technology or agricultural machinery and assembly procedures.
• Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical trainings, actual machine troubleshooting, pre-delivery inspections, and operation of machines
• Participate in all activities of the Service and Product Department as well as broader YPC initiatives
• Assemble tractor components according to technical specifications
• Support continuous production flow by minimizing downtime and addressing assembly issues promptly
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness to reduce risks and improve efficiency
