Job summary

enov8tive is seeking a Product Trainer to enable sales, client success, and support teams on our health-tech platform. You will design materials, deliver engaging trainings, and act as SME for clinical workflows and product capabilities.

The role includes on-site training across the Philippines, collaboration with LGUs and private sector partners, and using CRM tools to assess training impact. English and Tagalog proficiency are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in product, technical, or corporate training.
• Proactive, self-starting and agile mindset in fast-changing tech environments.
• Health-tech, medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B software training experience preferred.
• Able to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven training for non-technical healthcare professionals.
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication for diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials and modules for product features.
• Conduct dynamic trainings for field sales, client success, and operations teams.
• Serve as SME on health-tech platform capabilities and benefits.
• Lead training for sales teams on advanced selling, product positioning, and demos.
• Incorporate local healthcare trends and regulatory changes into content.
• Train LGUs and on-site teams in remote communities to improve healthcare access.
• Implement metrics to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve methods.
• Provide training on internal CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
