Qualifications

• 3–4 years of managerial experience in a BPO setting.
• Healthcare insurance domain knowledge including HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10 codes.
• Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Direct and monitor training courses across assigned processes to meet delivery targets.
• Content Management: Review, evaluate, and update instructional materials, handouts, and training programs.
• Strategic Planning: Assess performance trends to design and recommend long-term training plans.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with department managers to define training scope, schedules, and requirements.
• Logistics & Administration: Coordinate schedules, contact attendees, set up classrooms, and manage training aids.
• Compliance & Quality: Adhere strictly to HIPAA, state, federal, URAC, and NCQA standards while supporting quality programs.
