Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs that support employee success and operational excellence in healthcare operations.

You will lead onboarding, curriculum development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. The role emphasizes training delivery, content updates, and ensuring staff readiness for new processes, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and QA-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field or education/training.
• Certifications in L&D or healthcare ops are advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and training programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain training curriculums, job aids, SOPs, and learning materials.
• Provide nesting support and assist employees during transition into production.
• Conduct refresher and upskilling training sessions based on business needs.
• Identify training opportunities through QA audits, KPI analysis, and performance reviews.
• Create and administer competency assessments and certification programs.
• Track and measure training effectiveness and learner performance.
• Partner with Operations, QA, and Leadership to improve workforce performance.
• Support change management initiatives by ensuring employees are prepared for new processes and workflows.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and training requirements.
