Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor training programs across assigned processes to ensure training objectives and delivery targets are achieved.
• Oversee training activities and ensure programs are delivered effectively and consistently.
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve learning outcomes and operational performance.
• Review, assess, and regularly update training materials, presentations, handouts, and instructional programs.
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives addressing performance and knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate with department managers to determine training scope, schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
