Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced Training Supervisor to lead training operations in a BPO healthcare/insurance setting. You will ensure program delivery, maintain content, analyze trends, and partner with stakeholders to craft training strategies supporting business and quality goals.

The ideal candidate combines training leadership with healthcare insurance knowledge, stakeholder management, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of managerial experience in a BPO environment.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Healthcare or Insurance Trainer is highly preferred.
• Experience leading training teams or managing multiple training programs.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare insurance lifecycle/processes.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Understanding of healthcare/insurance operations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor training programs across processes to achieve objectives.
• Oversee training activities ensuring effective and consistent delivery.
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review and update training materials to stay current with processes and policies.
• Develop long-term training plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with managers to determine scope, schedules, and priorities.
• Coordinate logistics, attendance, and training resources; maintain records.
• Ensure programs comply with HIPAA, URAC, and NCQA standards.
