Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist in the Philippines for a hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig, or Eastwood Quezon City. You will own end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, sourcing from specialized channels and ensuring licensure and credential verification.

You will endorse qualified candidates to international clients, coordinate with Operations and HR, and manage recruitment tools to sustain a high-volume pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/Business/Nursing/Allied Health).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and credential verification under time pressure.
• Ability to work additional hours and adjust to US/overseas client schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., US RNs, Medical Coders, Case Managers, Allied Health).
• Source qualified healthcare candidates via healthcare job portals, social media, nursing associations, and professional networks.
• Screen applications for credentials, licensures (PRC, NCLEX, US state licenses), certifications, and experience.
• Endorse qualified candidates to healthcare hiring managers and international clients with regular updates.
• Coordinate calibration sessions and hand-off processes with Operations, HR, and Client Management.
• Manage recruitment tools and healthcare assessment platforms to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Maintain an active pipeline to meet high-volume healthcare account demands.
