Job summary

WNS in the Philippines is seeking a Site CSR to support healthcare providers by making outbound and handling inbound calls. The role covers guidance on participation, registration, login, and understanding scoring results, ensuring smooth interactions with facilities and staff.

Ideal candidates hold valid PRC and USRN licenses with bedside experience and can work night shifts, including graveyard, as well as holidays and weekends. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• PRC and USRN licenses required, with at least 2 years bedside experience.
• Minimum 2 years of triage phone handling experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred (ER/OR/Medical-Surgical/ICU, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with facility staff and providers.
• Willing to work night, graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers to explain participation requirements.
• Take inbound calls to answer questions on registration, login, and scoring results.
• Assist with registration and login processes and address assessments.
• Clarify questions regarding scoring results for providers and facilities.
