Eucalyptus, now part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Manila to provide omnichannel care for Australia and UK markets. You will handle email, live chat, and calls, resolve patient issues with empathy, and collaborate with doctors and delivery partners to ensure safe, timely outcomes.

You’ll work in a patient-first environment, with 3+ years of customer-care experience, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with Mac/Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer care or related roles.
• Experience with email and phone support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Mac and Google Suite is a plus.
• Willing to work morning/afternoon/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel patient support via email, live chat, and calls.
• Resolve patient issues with empathy and deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Meet and exceed CSAT, ticket resolution, and other service metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance support.
