• Knowledge with Pre-Authorization.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Process Initial or Pre-Authorization via Phone or via Email.
• Respond to provider requests.
• Communicate to insurance providers for authorization determination.
• Process verification of members benefits.
• Review Members clinical records.
• Manage healthcare cases.
