R1 RCM Philippines Inc is seeking a patient-support specialist to educate and assist patients on balance billing, payment processing, and eligibility. You will coordinate with physicians to secure authorizations, set appointments, and resolve billing disputes.

The role is onsite in BGC, Taguig with graveyard and rotating shifts, offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing healthcare revenue team.

Competenze

• Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
• For medical allied backgrounds, 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• For non-medical allied backgrounds, at least 2 years of BPO voice experience.

Mansioni

• Provide expert customer service to patients on balance billing, payments, and eligibility.
• Educate patients on payment arrangements, disputes, and insurance information.
• Coordinate with doctors’ offices to secure authorizations where needed.
• Assist with appointment setting and patient follow-ups; support care coordination.
