Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional approach to interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to supporting the sales team and meeting client needs.
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
• A medical sales background is a PLUS.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings, presentations, and client visits to ensure efficient use of sales team resources
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records with accurate information to support sales forecasting and reporting
• Processing sales orders, quotes, and proposals in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed
• Preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, organizing sales materials, and managing sales literature
• Liaising between clients, the sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Following up on sales leads and ensuring timely communication with prospective clients
• Assisting with the coordination of sales events, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• Monitoring inventory levels of sales materials and ordering replacements as needed
• Supporting the sales team in achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the department
