You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, verify credentials, and coordinate onboarding while building strong pipelines and maintaining ATS records.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

• Verify licenses, certifications, work experience, and required documentation.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment documentation updated within the ATS.
• Support workforce planning initiatives.
