John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the PMO to lead end-to-end healthcare initiatives, including system implementations, operational improvements, and data projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, provide executive reports, and work with vendors to meet milestones. A strong background in healthcare operations and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management experience.
3–5 years of healthcare operations experience preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience in IT or system implementations is a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage multiple projects aligned with PMO standards.
Oversee full lifecycle from initiation to closure with timely delivery.
Define project team structures with sponsors and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project artifacts: plans, risk logs, budgets, status reports.
Facilitate regular status meetings with PMO/IMO leadership.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with owners.
Create detailed schedules with milestones and critical path.
Monitor performance and accountability across teams and partners.
Identify risks and mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual alignment.
Lead closeout activities and lessons learned.
Analyze business requirements and ensure alignment across deliverables.
Collaborate across departments for integration and operations.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Escalate critical issues in a timely, structured manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
