Job summary

WNS is seeking an Operations Supervisor/Manager to lead a healthcare account in a BPO environment. You will manage team performance, provide effective coaching and constructive feedback, and perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll also lead teams toward achieving metric goals and completing monthly deliverables. The ideal candidate holds an active PRC and/or USRN license and has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO setting, preferably healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active PRC and/or USRN license.
• Minimum 2 years as Operations Supervisor/Manager in a BPO, healthcare account preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and make decisions with analytical approaches.
• Manage team performance and deliver monthly metrics.
