Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Metro Manila is seeking a Healthcare Support team member to handle calls on inquiries, benefits, and claims with empathy and accuracy.

You will document interactions in the system and work with supervisors to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, while contributing to a stable, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• College graduates with BPO experience preferred (6 months or more).
• Two years of college with BPO experience eligible.
• Senior High School graduates with 1 year BPO experience considered.
