Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Healthcare EDI Analyst to manage and optimize Electronic Data Interchange processes within the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management environment for a client in the United States.

You will serve as the SME for EDI workflows, handle claims, remittances, and payments, and coordinate with clearinghouses and vendors to maintain stable connectivity. Strong problem solving and testing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in EDI analytics, implementation, mapping, healthcare integrations, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience supporting healthcare EDI transactions and payer connectivity.
• Has working knowledge in healthcare EDI transactions, particularly: 837 (Claims), 835 (Electronic Remittance Advice), 834 (Enrollment), 270/271 (Eligibility transactions).
• Experience working with healthcare systems, clearinghouses, payer portals, and EHR environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for healthcare EDI processes, workflows, and transaction standards.
• Manage healthcare electronic transactions, including claims, remittance advice, and payments.
• Support ERA and EFT enrollment while ensuring successful electronic payment posting.
• Ensure consistent HRBP practices and service delivery across assigned business units.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, broken loops, segment errors, and connectivity issues.
• Analyze claim rejections and exception trends to identify root causes and fixes.
• Coordinate with clearinghouses, payers, and vendors to maintain stable EDI connectivity.
• Conduct testing and validation for transaction interfaces and health system integrations.
• Drive payment automation and workflow improvements to boost revenue cycle performance.
