Job summary

Continental Industry is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant specialized in EDI Operations to optimize critical EDI workflows within a banking context. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and implementation of EDI solutions, coordinating with IT, operations, and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient data exchange.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in EDI operations or business process consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
• Minimum 3 years SAP EDI implementation and administration.
• Strong analytical, mapping, and process reengineering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English proficiency and MS Office 365 comfort.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and optimization of EDI operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design and oversee improvements to EDI workflows in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to close process gaps.
• Manage EDI configurations, data mapping, and integration protocols.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor EDI performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
