Continental Industry is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant specialized in EDI Operations to optimize critical EDI workflows within a banking context. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and implementation of EDI solutions, coordinating with IT, operations, and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient data exchange.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in EDI operations or business process consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
- Minimum 3 years SAP EDI implementation and administration.
- Strong analytical, mapping, and process reengineering skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- English proficiency and MS Office 365 comfort.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and optimization of EDI operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and oversee improvements to EDI workflows in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to close process gaps.
- Manage EDI configurations, data mapping, and integration protocols.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
- Monitor EDI performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
