Job summary

Continental Industry is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in EDI Operations to manage critical EDI functions within our global banking operations. You will analyze processes, optimize systems, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will lead EDI workflows, data mappings, and incident/change management, while mentoring junior staff and driving transformation across locations. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or economical discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3 years in EDI operations or related field.
• 3+ years SAP EDI implementation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize EDI operations to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Design and oversee improvements to EDI workflows in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and business units to close process gaps and implement solutions.
• Manage EDI configurations, data mapping, and integration protocols for accurate data exchange.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical specs for EDI processes.
• Monitor EDI performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using best practices and methodologies.
• Provide expert consultation on EDI operations to internal teams and partners.
• Mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
