Job summary

IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is looking for candidates to maintain reference data such as healthcare Organizations and Prescribers, which is essential for UK Production.

You will research and verify data using Internet searches, phone verification, and third-party sources to ensure accuracy. The role requires 2 years' experience in handling voice and healthcare accounts, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2-year experience in handling voice and healthcare account
• College undergraduates with BPO experience are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge in Windows applications (Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in English
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate understanding of complex concepts and processes
• Willing to work in night shift
• Amenable to onsite training in McKinley, Taguig

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of reference data (healthcare Organizations and Prescribers) as essential for UK Production.
• Perform research such as Internet Search, Phone Verification, Database Matches to validate data.
• Perform outbound phone verification to validate accuracy and capture client-required details.
• Ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvement as needed.
• Validate information from third-party sources to update, create, or delete data.
