MicroSourcing in Cebu, Philippines, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist – Human-in-the-Loop (Healthcare AI) for onsite night shifts. You will monitor AI-driven calls and workflows, verify accuracy and compliance, and escalate issues as needed.

You will also assist patients with scheduling and insurance updates while navigating multiple healthcare platforms. A customer-facing background and US-friendly English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or patient-facing roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, US-friendly tone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Comfort with learning and using multiple healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated calls, messages, and workflows for accuracy and compliance.
• Intervene, correct, or escalate interactions when human judgment is needed.
• Communicate with patients to assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and insurance updates.
• Test updated scripts and AI behaviors, supporting client demonstrations and test calls.
• Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring platforms for patient intake.
