Job summary

IQVIA Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented data maintenance assistant to support reference data for healthcare organizations and prescribers. The role emphasizes accuracy, research, and outbound verification to ensure clean data in production.

Candidates should have 2 years of voice/healthcare BPO experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication. Onsite training will be conducted in McKinley, Taguig, with mid-shift hours.

Qualifications

• 2-year experience in handling voice and healthcare account
• College undergraduates with BPO experience are also welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge in Windows applications (Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and/or written communication in English
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Candidate must be willing to work in Mid shift
• Amenable to onsite training in McKinley, Taguig

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of reference data (healthcare Organizations and Prescribers)
• Perform research such as Internet Search, Phone Verification, Database Matches to validate data accuracy
• Perform outbound phone verification to capture required client details
• Ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvements
• Validate information from third-party sources to update the database
