Ventra Health is seeking a Data Ingest Monitoring Specialist in the Philippines to manage intake of billing files and patient records from multiple sources, ensure timely and accurate data import, and maintain data integrity across patient accounts.

You will sort, index, and organize files, validate formats, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while complying with HIPAA and company standards. Strong attention to detail and deadlines are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare revenue cycle or billing.
• Minimum 1–2 years in medical billing, charge posting, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with batch processing, visit list management, and charge log review.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
