Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical records are complete in the EMR by obtaining missing information.
• Report on incomplete records by deadlines.
• Review ROS, HPI, and MD notes.
• Retrieve existing medical records from EMR systems.
• Scan and input documents; verify correct indexing.
• Monitor Automate Tasks and support special projects.
