Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Charge Entry Specialist in the Philippines to input and verify data, correct erroneous entries, and ensure accurate submission of claims. You will research missing reports, monitor AIMS for data issues, and help identify trends in missing information.

Responsibilities include manual charge entry, rebilling unbilled claims, reviewing HCFA per specifications, posting corrections, managing charge posting exceptions, and mapping referring physicians while coordinating with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of medical billing experience.
Knowledgeable of medical terminology, medical coding.
Knowledge of third-party billing and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

Perform manual charge entry of charges received.
Maintains the rebilling of unbilled claims.
Work HCFA Review per specifications.
Correct errors after posting.
Work charge posting exceptions.
Actively researches time of service and charge logs.
Performs monthly manual or electronic charge verification research.
Research, entry, and mapping of referring physicians.
Requesting missing reports from multiple contacts and/or accessing remote systems for missing information.
Monitoring internal AIMS site for potential charge issues with the client.
