Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with phone support experience to handle patient inquiries, voicemail callbacks, and email requests while delivering empathetic, high‑quality service in a remote work setup.

You will work from home in the Philippines with standard hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney Time, depending on business needs) and must have a reliable internet connection and your own computer and headset.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Empathy and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Own computer and WFH setup including headset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service in answering phones.
• Resides in Metro Manila with reliable power and internet coverage, minimal outages (not in remote areas).
