Startek Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Pioneer Healthcare in Pasig. The role is on-site and requires at least 1 year of BPO experience including 6 months in healthcare, with a High School diploma or equivalent.

You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and collaborate with the team to improve service quality in a call center environment.
