Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our Pasay site. Onsite role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, supporting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a humane, service-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service experience and a high school degree or equivalent, plus basic computer skills to navigate systems and assist customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer services experience.
• At least senior high school graduate or equivalent.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
