YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Wave 1 Healthcare Account based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will be the vital link between healthcare clients and their customers, delivering exceptional support and maintaining high service standards.

You will handle inquiries, document interactions meticulously, and work to achieve KPIs while upholding confidentiality and professionalism within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in call centre or healthcare.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and call centre software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic understanding of healthcare services or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies and procedures.
• Document all customer interactions in the designated system with precision and detail.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare products and services to assist customers appropriately.

• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
