Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Correspondence Specialist in the Philippines to research and properly handle incoming correspondence, supporting multiple clients in billing and claims. The role requires understanding Explanation of Benefits, insurance plans, and ICD-10/CPT familiarity to resolve issues while maintaining clear communication with patients and providers.

The position emphasizes fast-paced environments, strong documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; healthcare CS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works in a variety of work queues servicing multiple clients on claim rejections, duplicate claims, records, and bills.
• Resolves patient billing issues.
• Explains policies and procedures clearly; researches, resolves, and documents incoming correspondence.
• Evaluates incoming concerns and returns acknowledgement in the appropriate medium (email, telephone, etc.).
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
