Job summary

Careers at Eucalyptus is seeking a proactive Online Community Specialist to monitor and moderate interactions across major social platforms. You will respond to inquiries, escalate complex issues to dedicated teams, and help maintain a respectful, brand-consistent online presence.

You will also identify trends, assist with content scheduling, and engage with UK-based experts to grow our community and cultural relevance, supporting wellness initiatives and patient-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in online community management, customer support, social media moderation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts and direct messages to ensure respectful interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in line with our brand tone and guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive or complex issues to internal teams (customer support, clinical, operations).
• Flag spam, harmful, or inappropriate content quickly and effectively.
• Schedule organic content across social platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights to improve marketing, products, and services.
• Engage in community outreach with UK-based accounts to drive growth and relevance.
