Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a social media moderator in Manila to monitor and manage online interactions across our platforms. You will respond to inquiries, escalate complex issues, and help maintain a respectful brand voice while supporting our growth in wellness and obesity care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in online community roles, familiarity with Facebook/Instagram, and comfort with late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok posts and DMs.
• Respond to customer inquiries in line with brand tone and guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive issues to internal teams (support, clinical, operations).
• Flag spam or inappropriate content promptly and accurately.
• Schedule organic content with the Social Media Manager.
• Identify trends in feedback and share insights with the team.
• Engage with UK-based experts and creators to drive growth.

About the role (What youll be doing):

• Monitor and moderate comments on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts (ads and organic) and direct messages to ensure respectful, safe, and brand-appropriate interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in line with our brand’s tone and guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g. customer support, clinical team, operations).
• Flag spam, harmful, or inappropriate content quickly and effectively.
• Schedule organic content across social platforms, working closely with our Social Media Manager.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the wider team to help improve our marketing, products, and services.
• Engage in community engagement with other accounts (UK-based experts and creators) to drive organic social growth and cultural relevance.

About you (Who you are):

• You’re attentive, empathetic, and able to keep calm even in challenging online interactions.
• You’re a strong communicator who can adapt tone and style across different contexts.
• You have 2+ years of experience in online community management, customer support, social media moderation, or a related field.
• You’re familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, and comfortable with digital tools.
• You’re detail-oriented and quick to spot issues, from customer dissatisfaction to spam or inappropriate comments.
• You have an interest in healthcare and wellness, and/or experience in a healthcare or allied services environment.
• You’re comfortable working on a late mid-shift schedule (between 2 PM – 1 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM Manila time), with no fixed weekend off.
• Experience in healthcare or wellness companies is a plus.
• Experience handling English-language interactions (written and verbal) is a plus.
