Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a Community Support Associate in the Philippines to maintain a safe, high-trust environment in our Weight Loss Private Facebook groups. You will work with the Community and CX teams, moderating conversations, approving posts, and guiding members to appropriate resources.

The role emphasizes empathy, detail-oriented record-keeping, and strong written communication while handling sensitive health conversations and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer care, community moderation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review join requests and verify eligibility.
• Review and approve member posts before they go live.
• Monitor posts, comments, and moderation alerts during shift.
• Respond to routine questions and escalate CX issues when needed.
• Remove spam, harassment, and policy violations with empathy.
• Identify safety, medical, or reputational risks and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate member records and document escalations.
• Complete shift handoffs and share trends with the Community team.
