Job summary

Eucalyptus in Makati, Philippines, is hiring a social media moderator to monitor and moderate comments on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts, respond to customer inquiries in our brand tone, and escalate sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.

You will flag spam, schedule organic content with the Social Media Manager, identify trends from feedback, and engage with UK-based experts to drive organic growth and cultural relevance while supporting a late mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in online community management, customer support, social media moderation, or related field.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms; comfortable with digital tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot issues from dissatisfaction to spam or inappropriate comments.
• Interest in healthcare and wellness; healthcare experience a plus.
• Comfortable with late mid-shift schedule (2 PM–1 AM or 6 PM–3 AM Manila time).
• English-language interactions experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts (ads and organic) and direct messages to ensure respectful, safe, and brand-appropriate interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in line with our brand’s tone and guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g. customer support, clinical team, operations).
• Flag spam, harmful, or inappropriate content quickly and effectively.
• Schedule organic content across social platforms, working closely with our Social Media Manager.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the wider team to help improve our marketing, products, and services.
• Engage in community engagement with other accounts (UK-based experts and creators) to drive organic social growth and cultural relevance.
