As an onsite role, you will handle inbound calls, explain services and benefits, update CRM records, and meet quality targets. Education: college graduate. Shifting schedule includes nights and weekends. Benefits include HMO from day one and 13th month pay.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good listening and attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, benefits, and accounts.
• Help address eligibility, coverage, and account-related concerns.
• Explain available services and procedures clearly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow account procedures and customer privacy guidelines.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
