Qualifications

• High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
• At least 3 months BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to healthcare plans, coverage, and claims.
• Assist customers in understanding benefits, authorizations, and provider information.
• Provide accurate and timely responses through voice or non-voice channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data.
• Document interactions accurately and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
